    Orders are shipped daily using major carriers, United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx.

    Normal processing time does not exceed 1 - 2 business days.

    Tracking information for all orders are emailed as soon as it becomes available.

    You can always check the status of your order and obtain a tracking information by
    loging into Client Access portal, under Order Management section.

    Free local pickup is available at our Norcross facility.

    NOTE: Our company does NOT ship any products internationally.

    NO EXPORT - We conduct shipping ONLY in contiguous USA, Alaska, and Hawaii.

  • Returns & Replacements

      You may return the products purchased from Saiga-12.com, in the original condition, within 30 days of the purchase date. If you are returing the product for a refund, there is a 10% administrative fee.

      The 10% administrative fee is waived if you wish to obtain a store credit towards any future purchase.

    Shipping fees and charges are not refundable.

    Return shipping fees and charges are paid by the buyer.
